Order Fullfillment
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of credit card approval if in stock. Orders required to order from warehouse will be processed within 3-5 business days of credit card approval.
Note: During high peak times (i.e. holidays, promotions or events) or unforseen weather concerns, there may be additional processing time needed to fulfill your order. If you need an item on or before a specific date please expedite shipping.
If your item is on backorder once in stock your order will be sent priority at the cost of the company. We will notify the customer of the order process for confirmation. Orders returned to Coitus Couture as undeliverable or rejected; the customer will be notified and it is the customers responsibility to pay to have the item reshipped. If the client rejects order a restocking fee of 25% will be applied and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Additional Shipping and Handling fees may apply for international shipping, based off location and certain adjustments required to properly fulfill and ship order. Any order modifications our clients will be notified.

Processing + S&H $21.00 - $49.00 = $12.50 USD
Processing + S&H $50.00 - $75.00 = $16.50 USD
Processing + S&H $76.00 - $100.00 = $20.00 USD
Processing + S&H $101.00 - $150.00 = $27.50 USD
Processing + S&H $151.00 and up = $32.00 USD
Delivery Discretion
All orders are sent in a plain shipping box that has the addressees address and the return address will be listed as CCTSB, PO Box 533302, Indianapolis, Indiana 46253.
Return Policy
All Intimate Apparel, Novelties, Adult toys, and Aids are not returnable due to health and safety regulations. The only considered exceptions for refunds/exchanges are for certain approved items in our Exotic Entertainment collections. All considered items must be reported and sent within 7 days of receipt. Package must contain return merchandise number provided when damaged item reported to the company, along with packaging slip, all returned items must be in original packaging. All returns and exchanges are subject for approval.
